Ingredients:
- 200g of lean ground beef
- 50g of gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 gluten-free hamburger buns
- 100g of mixed greens
- 2 slices of avocado
- 50g of dairy-free cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons of dairy-free mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together lean ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into two equal patties.
- Heat olive oil on the grill over medium-high heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through to your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, toast the gluten-free hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading a layer of dairy-free mayonnaise on the bottom bun, adding the cooked patty, followed by avocado slices, mixed greens, and dairy-free cheese if using.
- Top with ketchup and place the other half of the bun on top before serving.
