Ingredients:

  • 50ml of olive oil
  • 10g of fresh basil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pizza stone
  • Rolling pin
  • Pizza cutter

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to the highest setting, around 250°C (482°F), and place the pizza stone inside to heat up.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into your desired thickness, making sure it’s not too thick or too thin.
  • Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a piece of parchment paper for easier handling.
  • Spread the cherry tomatoes evenly over the base of the pizza, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Tear the dairy-free mozzarella into pieces and scatter over the top of the pizza.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the pizza to enhance the flavors during baking.
