Dairy-Free Pizza Margherita

Ingredients:
- 500g of pizza dough
- 200g of cherry tomatoes
- 100g of dairy-free mozzarella
- 50ml of olive oil
- 10g of fresh basil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Pizza stone
- Rolling pin
- Pizza cutter
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to the highest setting, around 250°C (482°F), and place the pizza stone inside to heat up.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into your desired thickness, making sure it’s not too thick or too thin.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a piece of parchment paper for easier handling.
- Spread the cherry tomatoes evenly over the base of the pizza, then season with salt and pepper.
- Tear the dairy-free mozzarella into pieces and scatter over the top of the pizza.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza to enhance the flavors during baking.
- Carefully slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and crisp.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute before garnishing with fresh basil leaves.
- Slice the pizza using a pizza cutter and serve hot.
