Spiced Tasher Pizza

Ingredients:
- 200g of all-purpose flour
- 100ml of water
- 2g of salt
- 10g of olive oil
- 50g of tomato sauce
- 100g of non-dairy cheese
- 50g of grilled vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
- 1g of dried oregano
- 1g of chili flakes
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Pizza stone
- Mixing bowl
- Rolling pin
- Oven
- Spatula
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven on high with the pizza stone inside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a circular shape about 1cm thick.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle non-dairy cheese on top followed by grilled vegetables, oregano, and chili flakes.
- Transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for about 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Carefully remove the pizza using a spatula, let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve.
