Ingredients:

  • 200g of all-purpose flour
  • 100ml of water
  • 2g of salt
  • 10g of olive oil
  • 50g of tomato sauce
  • 100g of non-dairy cheese
  • 50g of grilled vegetables (bell peppers, onions, zucchini)
  • 1g of dried oregano
  • 1g of chili flakes

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Pizza stone
  • Mixing bowl
  • Rolling pin
  • Oven
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven on high with the pizza stone inside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Gradually add water and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a circular shape about 1cm thick.
  • Spread a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Sprinkle non-dairy cheese on top followed by grilled vegetables, oregano, and chili flakes.
  • Transfer the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone and bake for about 10 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Carefully remove the pizza using a spatula, let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve.
