Ingredients:

  • 200g of black beans (canned, drained and rinsed)
  • 2 medium corn tortillas
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 50g of avocado (diced)
  • 50g of red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 10g of fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying Pan
  • Spatula
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife

Instructions:

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat and warm the corn tortillas for about 1 minute on each side, then set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the drained black beans and cook them for about 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  • Add salt and pepper to the black beans for flavor.
  • Assemble the tacos by placing black beans on each tortilla.
  • Top with cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
  • Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with chopped cilantro.
