Quick Vegan Tacos

Ingredients:
- 200g of black beans (canned, drained and rinsed)
- 2 medium corn tortillas
- 100g of cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 50g of avocado (diced)
- 50g of red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 10g of fresh cilantro (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Frying Pan
- Spatula
- Cutting Board
- Knife
Instructions:
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and warm the corn tortillas for about 1 minute on each side, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add the drained black beans and cook them for about 3-5 minutes until heated through.
- Add salt and pepper to the black beans for flavor.
- Assemble the tacos by placing black beans on each tortilla.
- Top with cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
- Drizzle with lime juice and garnish with chopped cilantro.
