Ingredients:
- 200g of black beans (cooked)
- 100g of quinoa (cooked)
- 50g of breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
- 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of olive oil (for grilling)
- 4 lettuce leaves (for serving)
- 2 slices of avocado (for serving)

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked black beans and quinoa, mashing them with a fork or a food processor until a coarse mixture forms.
- Add the breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well combined.
- Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat a grill over medium heat and add olive oil to prevent sticking. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they're browned and heated through.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a lettuce leaf and topping with avocado slices.
