Ingredients:

  • 200g of black beans (cooked)
  • 100g of quinoa (cooked)
  • 50g of breadcrumbs (gluten-free)
  • 1 medium onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil (for grilling)
  • 4 lettuce leaves (for serving)
  • 2 slices of avocado (for serving)

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked black beans and quinoa, mashing them with a fork or a food processor until a coarse mixture forms.
