Cream Cheese Chicken Delight

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 400g)
- 150g of dairy-free cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 100g of spinach
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Skillet
- Spatula
- Bowls
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in the skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs.
- Once the oil is hot, add chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- Lower the heat and add the dairy-free cream cheese to the spinach mixture, stirring until well combined and creamy.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat it with the cream cheese and spinach mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
