Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients:
- 200g of boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 100g of dairy-free cheese shreds
- 2 large whole wheat wraps
- A handful of lettuce, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Skillet
- Mixing bowl
- Knife
- Cutting board
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and oregano.
- Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Then, add the sliced chicken back to the skillet and toss well to combine.
- Sprinkle the dairy-free cheese shreds over the chicken and let it melt slightly as it cooks for another minute.
- Take the whole wheat wrap and layer it with chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cheesy garlic chicken on top.
- Fold the wrap tightly and slice it in half to serve.
