Creamy Seafood Bisque

Ingredients:
- 200g of mixed seafood (shrimp, mussels, and calamari)
- 250ml of coconut milk
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Saucepan
- Wooden spoon
- Measuring cups
- Knife
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
- Stir in the chopped tomato, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Add the mixed seafood to the saucepan and cook for about 3-4 minutes until they are just cooked through.
- Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Blend the mixture until smooth using a blender. If you prefer a chunkier texture, blend half and leave half intact.
- Return the bisque to the saucepan and heat through for an additional 2 minutes, seasoning with salt to taste.
- Serve the bisque hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
